Xtreme High Bright Display FAQs
1. Where is the power cord, I cannot find it?
The power cord for the Xtreme (XHB) Series is located in the fastpack, within the display box it was delivered with.
2. Can I use my display in portrait mode?
Yes, you can.
3. How long can I have my display running?
The XHB displays can run at a 24/7 rate.
4. What are the IP ratings for my display?
The XHB displays carry an IP66 Rating.
5. My display has a light bleed issue – how can I fix it?
Officially, light-bleed is not considered a fault of the display; the nature of Outdoor TVs often has the backlight ramped to near 100% to combat ambient light in an outdoor environment; If a user notices light-bleed on a full screen image (an image that does not use any crop-bars), then the user should ramp down the backlight of the display (found in picture settings) to better match the environment they are in.
I.E. – Choose a darker picture mode when watching the TV during the darker times of day
6. My picture is upside down, what do I do?
When using the XHB, if the image is 180° from what it needs to be, “mirror” adjustment can be managed form the service menu with the help of a PeerTech Pro. The XHB displays will not rotate at 90° increments.
7. My display is in portrait but the picture is still in landscape, what do I do?
This is a function of your source and not something that can be adjusted by the TV or Display itself.
8. Where is ARC located?
ARC is located on HDMI 2.
9. It looks like my screen is cracked. Can this be repaired? Is that covered under your warranty?
Cracked screens cannot be repaired, nor is physical damage covered by the limited warranty.
10. I have videos and PDFs loaded onto a flash drive that I am trying to view on my TV. However, they are not showing up on the TV. How do I view these files?
Not all files are supported through the USB port; see website for a list of file types supported per line.

The Outdoor Rated Remote = ACCD-REM02
12. My remote will not work. What do I do?
Replace the batteries.
13. TV will not power on when using remote. What do I do?
Use the Power button on the external button board to see if that will power the TV on.
